PhotoGenie Events – Photo Booth Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due the day before the event date.

1.2 Payments can be made via Paypal, Bank Transfer & Cash.

2. Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2.2 If the client cancels within 3 days of the event date, the full payment is required.

2.3 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, PhotoGenie Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

3. Event Details:

3.1 The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue location, date, and time. Changes to these details must be communicated to PhotoGenie Events in writing at least 3 days prior to the event.

3.2 PhotoGenie Events is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete event details provided by the client.

4. Equipment and Setup:

4.1 PhotoGenie Events will provide and set up all necessary photo booth equipment at the agreed-upon location.

4.2 The client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate space and access for the photo booth setup.

5. Conduct and Liability:

5.1 The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests while using the photo booth. Any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be the client’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5.2 PhotoGenie Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of the photo booth.

6. Image Usage:

6.1 PhotoGenie Events retains the right to use images taken during the event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.

7. Force Majeure:

7.1 PhotoGenie Events is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
